The holders are great but no one has responded to inquiries for incomplete shipment

I ordered and they were shipped along with what was supposed to be 4 tie eyes. I received the SUP holders (which work well), however, a handwritten note that only 3 tie eyes were shipped, awaiting on the 4th and would ship asap. Several days later i sent an inquiry about the 4th tie eye. No response. I sent a subsequent inquiry a few days afterwards. No response. There is not a phone number. Only an email, of which, i have asked respectfully 3 times now with no response after two weeks. I only have 3 tie eyes and either just want to be refunded or it shipped. Basic form of customer service is to follow-up, hence the single star. There are other companies that sell similar components. So my caution to any customers is somehow to ensure that there will be follow-up if it is a partial shipment.
